AUVC Nachrichten Volume 112 March 2003
This edition features an article on the DKW F10, "The First Born." The F10 was a compromise vehicle to get a passenger sedan back in the market after the war. It featured a body by the Baur Karosserie that could be mounted on an F8 chassis. Several hundred cars were sold through official DKW agents until the DKW F89P hit the market in 1950. After it was formally withdrawn by DKW, Baur continued to sell the F10 as a replacement body for the F8.
